The Day-Of Coordination package focuses on your wedding day, so the details leading up to it remain in your control. Come your wedding morning, we completely take over! We are there to execute everything so that you can focus on taking the day all in. While the label is a "Day of", don't be fooled. It is important to us that we meet in advance so we can hear your priorities, get to know you as a couple, confirm your vendors, and talk through the day-of timeline.

Partial Planning

Are you excited to plan your own wedding but not sure where to start? The partial planning package is the one for you! The partial wedding package gives us the opportunity to meet on multiple occasions along the planning process to discuss design concepts and inspirations, ensure the planning is on-track with the timeline, and for you to have professional guidance. From connecting you with vendors who can make it happen, to being alongside you as we select the right venue, Wakefield Event Co will help you along the way. We will work to assign tasks and divide the to-do list. You will still get to try your hand at wedding planning, without the time commitment and pressure of being the only person doing it.

Full Service Planning

Maybe you are too busy with your day-to-day life, or maybe you just desire for the whole experience to be stress-free. With the full planning package Wakefield Event Co takes the reins from “I said Yes!” to “We said I do”. We will meet with you to discuss your design vision, goals, budget, and preferences, but we will handle all the heavy lifting. Whether you have a Pinterest Board of dream weddings or absolutely no clue what you want the day to look like, Wakefield Event Co will not only help you narrow down your design taste, but then make those elements come to life.
